Business assessment platform for sports professionals

Sport Profileo assesses the managerial skills of sports coaches through a 360° questionnaire, one coach evaluated by their line manager, peers, collaborators, and entourage. The methodology is solid on paper. In practice, it relies on a heavy mechanism to run: inviting the right participants, chasing those who are slow to respond, managing multiple languages, centralizing cross-referenced results. The real challenge: fitting a demanding assessment method into a tool a trainer can run solo, with no technical support.

We structured the journey into clear steps: project creation, questionnaire type selection (PCQ or PCQ 360), invitation and reminder email configuration in 4 languages, then campaign tracking from a single dashboard: participants, evaluation progress, alerts for missing responses.

What I built
01

The campaign flow

A step-by-step interface to run an assessment campaign from end to end: project creation, questionnaire type selection, drafting and configuring invitation and reminder emails in four languages. Each step guided, no technical support needed.

Tracking and field use

A single dashboard to track progress in real time: which participants have responded, who to follow up with, where the assessment stands. The questionnaire itself designed to be completed on mobile, matching how participants actually use it in the field.

The project was led through Poulpe agency, with an associate CTO and a developer.

My role: understand the client's needs, translate a complex assessment methodology into a clear product flow, design the interfaces, and iterate on usage. From requirements to tested, delivered interfaces.
