Website Studio

Custom websites,
designed and developed.

Some come with a website that's holding them back, others with nothing at all. Either way the work starts the same: understanding the business and clarifying the offer, before deciding what it looks like.

What I do
01

Understanding the business before designing

Trained as an art director, I always start with the offer: what you sell, to whom, and why it isn't clear today. Most of the time, that's where the real work is. Clarifying what's on offer before deciding what it looks like. A well-structured site solves problems a beautiful site doesn't.

02

Designing the identity and interfaces

Art direction, mockups, variations, logo and brand universe when needed, or work from what already exists. You approve the screens before a single line of code is written.

03

Working with the right tool, or the one you already have

Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, or custom development: each has a domain where it's the right choice and one where it becomes a limitation. When a project starts from scratch, I recommend the tool that fits your budget, your business and how you'll maintain the site afterward. The choice is explained, and it's yours to make. When you already have a platform and a subscription, I work within it. Keeping an existing site rather than rebuilding elsewhere is often the more reasonable decision, and I say so when it is.

Same logic for supporting features: booking, payment, newsletter. When an existing tool does the job, I connect it rather than rebuild it.

04

Making you independent on content

Whatever the tool, you leave with a back-office where you edit your texts, your images, your prices, your dates. You never touch the code, and you don't need me to change a price. A handover session is included at delivery.

How it works
01

Scoping

A conversation to understand the business, the offer and the constraints. I come out of it with a written proposal: scope, dated timeline, price.

02

Structure & content

Sitemap, page structure, hierarchy of the offer. We validate the substance before the form.

03

Art direction

Mockups of the main pages, on desktop and mobile. Approval before development.

04

Development & launch

Build, back-office, testing, launch. A handover session so you're independent on content.

Count three to ten weeks depending on the scope of the project.

Who I am

My name is Karine Bialobroda. Trained as an art director, I founded Poulpe in 2016, a web agency specialized in custom platforms, sold to WOÔ in 2020, where I was CPO for several years.

Today I work alone: you talk to the person who designs, builds and delivers, not to a salesperson who'll hand off the brief afterward.

I also build business tools and custom AI solutions.
